Trendy Cheap Clothes: A Blogshop With Great Customer Service

Whether you are shopping online or in the physical shop, don’t you agree with me that one of the X factor that makes you stay on or even to introduce the shop to your friends is the customer service and trendy cheap clothes.

Well, I found a blogshop or online shopping site that fits the bill. Even though the variety of the blogshop or online shopping site’s apparels could have increase, but the owner was not slip shot in her customer service and also provided trendy cheap clothes. Well done!

Design Template

Peony Petals has a simple design template. Honestly, the first impression of the design template did not stand out.

However, she did attempt to create her own custom header.

I particular like a category which she had included and made an effort in. That is “What’s available”. In this category, you will be able to view what are the apparels that are still available from their past collection.

A brief introduction about her blogshop and ordering info was also included. That proved to suffice a potential customer which is new to her blogshop or online shopping site.

Focus and Content of the Blogshop or Online Shopping Site

She is generally focused on women apparels, and it seem majority are dresses.

The designs of the apparels are towards the trendy sweet or demure kind.

Thumbs up! Indeed as she had hope to make her customer’s process of purchase a happy one, she had done that for me.

I had a number of concerns, with regards to the the size of the dress and even the cost of it as then it was on sales. Nevertheless, she was very patient with me.

As she knew that I had concerns with the size, in the parcel received, she wrote a note to thank me for purchasing from her and hope that the size will fit it.

Sadly, it didn’t because it was a little short for me and abit tight.  I sent her an email to thank her for her great service but unfortunately the dress didn’t fit me. Look at her reply:

” Hi Shanetta,

Happy to hear from you but of cos, not the bad news that the dress didnt fit as well =x Hope you’ll be able to sell it off, if that’s what you’re intending to do. Give you all my good luck!

I’ll try to look out for longer dresses in future!

Thank you for your compliment and it certainly gives me more energy to work harder for peonypetals. Heh.

To thank her customers, every month, the top spender of the month will be rewarded by getting to choose a particular perfume from a selected list. Wow! What an encourager and great sales tactic =P

Best Deal?

Peony Petals, deserves a best deal because of the excellent customer service. For the price of the product the quality was great.

The price range of the apparels are between SGD$16.50 – $25.

However, it would have been better if she had provided a wider variety of apparels.
