What does customer service means to you? I personally feel that good customer service means that you are attended to with respect and care. It will make you feel like a happy customer and it leaves you wanting to refer your friends there too. You will also feel that the item you have purchased is really worth it.

1) Could you tell me more about yourself? How was your site created? Any other team member behind your blog shop’s success?

I’ve been looking at online shopping for quite some time and I’m both a buyer & seller. I find that online shopping is really easy and convenient, therefore, I decide to open one blogshop to bring the joy of shopping closer to shoppers.

I’ve decided to name blogshop “Shigatsu Juunana”. The meaning in english is “April Seventeen”, which is also my birthday! :D The reason I chose Shigatsu Juunana because I wanted my shop’s name to be related to me.
