Email Interview #15: My Little Bow

I have reviewed about MyLittleBow in my recent post titled Women Fashion Online Shopping: One Stop Portal. In this post, I conducted an email interview with them.

1) Could you tell me more about yourself? How was your site created? Any other team member behind your blog shop’s success?

I have always been passionate about fashion and accessories since my schooling days and from 2003, I started selling clothes and handmade accessories on various platforms such as yahoo auctions, livejournal and ebay. Hoping someday to own my own boutique store (yes, a physical one here in Singapore) and moving one step closer to my dream, I decided to start off first with an online store and that was how MyLittleBow was born! Thanks to my ever encouraging family and friends!

FYI – MLB is a one woman show, so it’s me and me only for now!

2) What is your blogshop or online shopping site offering? (Share at least 3.)

MyLittleBow, unlike other blogshops that solely sells either Fashion Apparel or Accessories, MyLittleBow offers Fashion Apparel (of which many are boutique standards, selling at less than half their price), Handmade Accessories, as well as Personalized Name Accessories (Name Necklace made famous by Carrie in Sex and the City).

3) Which is your best selling item? And tell me more about it. (Preferably provide me a photo of at least 250 pixel in length)

Personalized Name Necklaces. Made famous by Carrie in Sex and the City, MyLittleBow provides 20 fonts and over 60 icons for you to choose from to create your very own, One-Of-A-Kind unique accessory! Apart from Name Necklaces, we also have Name Ring, Bracelets and Keychain. By far, we have made over 200 pieces of Customized Name Accessories and are currently taking orders for our 19th batch!

4) Could you share one tip that your site have to ensure safe shopping online?

To provide the best online experience to every one of our customers, I would try to reply to emails as quickly as I humanly can (usually within 24 hours during weekdays and 48 hours over weekends). Thus, if you do not hear from me after 48 hours, please email me as I might have missed out your email (including verification of payments)!

5) One last online shopping tip you want to share with my readers.

Do ensure that you received the payment invoice an online checkout as well for for an email order. Feel free to email me if you have questions about anything!
